09.01.2018 | E-Cargo Bike "Sigi" is now available for free!
The rental is organised via the “Freien Lastenradler” - a rental platform that manages various cargo bikes in Munich. The online calendar at www.freie-lastenradler.de shows the availability of the City2Share cargo bikes in real time. In the next step, the bike can easily and quickly be booked. Pick-up location is the bike shop “Espresso Cycling” in Jean-Paul-Richter-Straße in Sendling. When booking online, a password is generated, which you will be asked for by the employees of the shop.

September 2017 | New design for UPS mini-parcel depots
Sophie Baumgartner, a student at the Fashion & Design Academy Munich (AMD), is the winner of the design competition for the centrally located UPS mini-packet depots. On September 20th, the ceremonial unveiling of the containers took place.
June 2017 | Future urban mobility – target image of City2Share
The City2Share project is testing approaches of low-emission, multimodal and space-saving urban mobility. Based on these goals a target imaged is derived, to describe what mobility can look like in the future.
August 2016 | A Research Subject for Networked Mobility
The City2Share project aims to enable more efficient use of road space and an increase of leisure and residential quality in select inner city adjoining quarters by means of networking new mobility concepts with the existing traffic offers and participative approaches.
